Beaconsfield Upper and District is bounded by the southern boundary of the Cardinia Reservoir Park, Red Hill Road, Lewis Road, Beaconsfield-Emerald Road and a line running to the south of Marks Lane in the north, Bourkes Creek, Toomuc Creek, a line running between Toomuc Valley Road and Yackatoon Road, Leppitt Road, Officer Road, Godfrey Lane and Brown Road in the east, Brown Road and Holm Park Road in the south and by the Cardinia Creek in the west. This area comprises the localities of Beaconsfield Upper, Dewhurst, Guys Hill and parts of the localities of Beaconsfield and Officer.
