Mount Gilead is a future residential developmet area and is bordered by the northern boundary of the Kilbride Aged care Facility and Retirement Community and the Noorumba reserve, Appin Road in the east, an unsealed track in the south running west from the Appin Road until it meets Woodhouse Creek and the Sydney Water Supply Channel in the west.
