Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Cranbourne North (New) was Couple families with dependents, which accounted for 59.5% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2039 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 826 households and account for 54.6% of all households.
