The largest increase between 2021 and 2039 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 826 households and account for 54.6% of all households.
In contrast Group households is forecast to increase by 37 households, to comprise 1.7% of all households in 2039, compared to 1.5% in 2021.
