The 2024 population forecast for East Leppington is 8,234, and is forecast to grow to 9,889 by 2041.

East Leppington is a newly developing area that is split between the Cities of Camden and Campbelltown and includes part of the locality of Denham Court. It is bounded by Denham Court Road to the north, a line running broadly west of and parallel to Cottage Creek, joining with a line broadly north of and parrallel to St James Road in the east, the grounds of St Sava College and St Andrews Road to the east, and the boundary with the City of Camden in the west.
