The City is bounded by the Yarra River, Banyule City and Nillumbik Shire in the north, Yarra Ranges Shire in the east, Koonung Creek, Maroondah City and the Cities of Whitehorse and Boroondara in the south and Banyule City and the Yarra River in the west.
