Key findings
In 2021, the dominant household type in Rural West was Couples without dependents, which accounted for 32.5% of all households.
The largest increase between 2021 and 2031 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 23 households and account for 26.9% of all households.
In contrast Couples without dependents is forecast to decrease by 9 households, to comprise 30.5% of all households in 2031, compared to 32.5% in 2021.
