Key findings

In 2021, the dominant age structure for males in Yass Valley Council area was ages 45 to 49, which accounted for 8.0% of the total males.

The largest increase in males between 2021 and 2026 is forecast to be in ages 40 to 44, which is expected to increase by 109 and account for 7.4% of the total males.

The largest male 5 year age group in 2026 is 50 to 54 years, with a total of 745 males.
