Parramatta is bounded by the northern boundary of Parramatta Park, Fleet Street, a line running generally between Harold Street and Albert Street, Sorrell Street, Victoria Road, Pennant Street and Kissing Point Road in the north, Vineyard Creek line, the Carlingford railway line, the Parramatta River and James Ruse Drive in the east, generally Hassall Street, Arthur Street, and along a line roughly following Oak Street, Alfred Street, Parkes Street, Hassall Street, the Main Western railway line, Station Street East, Raymond Street, Boundary Street, Railway Street, the Western Motorway (M4) in the south, and Burnett Street, Great Western Highway, Parramatta Park Golf Course and Park Avenue in the west. The small area of Parramatta also includes a small part of Mays Hill which falls within the City of Parramatta.
