There were 2,318 people estimated to be living in non-private dwellings in the City of Wyndham in 2021. The number of persons in non-private dwellings in the City of Wyndham is expected to increase to 2,466 persons in 2026 and to 2,664 persons in 2041.

Between 2021 and 2026, Manor Lakes (locality) is forecast to experience the greatest change, with a gain of 216 persons in non-private dwellings. This is due to an increase of persons in non-private dwellings aged 75 years and over, which is predominantly aged care.
