Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Werribee Employment Area was Couple families with dependents, which accounted for 28.9% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2026 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 40 households and account for 40.6% of all households.

In contrast Lone person households is forecast to decrease by 15 households, to comprise 17.2% of all households in 2026, compared to 28.4% in 2021.
