Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Midland CBD was Lone person households, which accounted for 57.1% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2036 is forecast to be in Lone person households, which will increase by 696 households and account for 54.3% of all households.

In contrast Other families is forecast to increase by 27 households, to comprise 1.7% of all households in 2036, compared to 1.2% in 2021.
