Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Milton-Ulladulla Structure Plan was Couples without dependents, which accounted for 35.8% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2031 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 316 households and account for 21.7% of all households.

In contrast Other families is forecast to increase by 26 households, to comprise 2.0% of all households in 2031, compared to 1.9% in 2021.
