Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Bomaderry was Lone person households, which accounted for 32.7% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2031 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 78 households and account for 20.5% of all households.

In contrast Lone person households is forecast to increase by 1 households, to comprise 31.3% of all households in 2031, compared to 32.7% in 2021.
