Population and age structure

Between 2021 and 2031, the age structure forecasts for City of Rockingham indicate a 6.1% increase in population under working age, a 38.2% increase in population of retirement age, and a 20.5% increase in population of working age.

Key findings

In 2021, the dominant age structure for persons in City of Rockingham was ages 10 to 14, which accounted for 7.7% of the total persons.
