Rockingham (Balance) - Peron - Garden Island is externally bounded in the north by the Indian Ocean, in the east by a line from the Indian Ocean to Governor Road, Governor Road, a line from Governor Road to the Patterson Road and Ennis Avenue intersection, a line running east bordering an industrial park from Ennis Avenue to Day Road, Day Road, Dixon Road, Ennis Avenue, in the south by Rae Road, Garden Island Highway, and Boundary Road, and in the west by the Indian Ocean. Note: this area excludes Rockingham City Centre Small Area.
