In 2021, the dominant household type in Gracemere (North) was 'Couple families with dependents', and by 2034 the largest forecast increase is expected in 'Lone person households'.

Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Gracemere (North) was Couple families with dependents, which accounted for 37.2% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2034 is forecast to be in Lone person households, which will increase by 114 households and account for 20.5% of all households.

In contrast Group households is forecast to increase by 17 households, to comprise 2.4% of all households in 2034, compared to 2.0% in 2021.
