Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Carter Street Precinct was Couples without dependents, which accounted for 36.4% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2036 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 1,332 households and account for 31.0% of all households.

In contrast Other families is forecast to increase by 172 households, to comprise 4.1% of all households in 2036, compared to 3.1% in 2021.
