Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Ravenswood was Couples without dependents, which accounted for 38.0% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2036 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 221 households and account for 32.5% of all households.

In contrast Other families is forecast to increase by 12 households, to comprise 1.6% of all households in 2036, compared to 1.1% in 2021.
