Residential development forecasts assume the number of dwellings in Keilor Road - Essendon North Neighbourhood will increase by an average of 145 dwellings per annum to 8,376 in 2041.

  • Moderate-high level of future development in centres (19-158 dwellings per annum)
  • Moderate-high level of infill (10-22 dwellings per annum)
