Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Doncaster Hill was Lone person households, which accounted for 32.7% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2028 is forecast to be in Lone person households, which will increase by 377 households and account for 32.5% of all households.

In contrast Other families is forecast to increase by 33 households, to comprise 2.8% of all households in 2028, compared to 2.7% in 2021.
