Key findings

In 2016, the dominant household type in Padbury was Couple families with dependents, which accounted for 34.3% of all households.

The largest increase between 2016 and 2031 is forecast to be in Couples without dependents, which will increase by 118 households and account for 29.7% of all households.

In contrast Group households is forecast to decrease by 7 households, to comprise 2.8% of all households in 2031, compared to 3.1% in 2016.
