Between 2016 and 2026, the age structure forecasts for Caulfield North - Caulfield East indicate a 15.8% increase in population under working age, a 19.5% increase in population of retirement age, and a 36.7% increase in population of working age.

Key findings

In 2016, the dominant age structure for persons in Caulfield North - Caulfield East was ages 25 to 29, which accounted for 10.6% of the total persons.

The largest increase in persons between 2016 and 2026 is forecast to be in ages 35 to 39, which is expected to increase by 822 and account for 8.3% of the total persons.
