Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in San Remo - Budgewoi District was Lone person households, which accounted for 26.3% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2026 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 96 households and account for 26.4% of all households.

In contrast Lone person households is forecast to decrease by 14 households, to comprise 25.5% of all households in 2026, compared to 26.3% in 2021.
