Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Berwick-Beaconsfield was Couple families with dependents, which accounted for 35.3% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2036 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 1,202 households and account for 36.5% of all households.
