Berwick-Beaconsfield is distinguished from its northern neighbour Berwick (North) by higher density of residential dwellings. It is bounded by Princes Freeway in the south and City of Casey's border in the east. In the north it roughly tracks Manuka Road/Inglis Road/Harkaway Road, and aligns with the border of the suburbs of Harkaway and Narre Warren North. In the west it follows Ernst Wanke Road and Troups Creek East Branch as well as the border with the suburb of Narre Warren.
