Key findings

There were 1,122 people estimated to be living in non-private dwellings in the City of Canada Bay Council in 2021. The number of persons in non-private dwellings in the City of Canada Bay Council is expected to increase to 1,292 persons in 2031 and to 1,377 persons in 2041.

Between 2021 and 2031, Concord is forecast to experience the greatest change, with a gain of 105 persons in non-private dwellings. This is due to an increase of persons in non-private dwellings aged 75 years and over, which is predominantly aged care.
