Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Tregear was One parent family, which accounted for 27.2% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2031 is forecast to be in Lone person households, which will increase by 33 households and account for 28.1% of all households.

In contrast One parent family is forecast to decrease by 7 households, to comprise 26.1% of all households in 2031, compared to 27.2% in 2021.
