Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Seven Hills was Couple families with dependents, which accounted for 37.0% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2031 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 209 households and account for 37.5% of all households.

In contrast Other families is forecast to increase by 26 households, to comprise 4.8% of all households in 2031, compared to 4.7% in 2021.
