Residential development forecasts assume the number of dwellings in Longwarry - Longwarry North will increase by an average of 31 dwellings per annum to 1,774 in 2041.

  • Short to medium term development driven by Stockmans Wood Estate (149 dwellings). Medium to longer term development driven by Drouin Road GRZ (142 dwellings), Longwarry Future Rural Living (92 dwellings) and Longwarry North Future Urban (168 dwellings).
  • Low level of infill (2 dwellings per annum)
