The largest increase between 2021 and 2031 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 55 households and account for 30.5% of all households.
In contrast Couples without dependents is forecast to decrease by 19 households, to comprise 26.3% of all households in 2031, compared to 28.3% in 2021.
