Population and age structure

Between 2021 and 2026, the age structure forecasts for Cremorne and Burnley - Richmond South indicate a 42.2% increase in population under working age, a 120.8% increase in population of retirement age, and a 33.4% increase in population of working age.

Key findings

In 2021, the dominant age structure for persons in Cremorne and Burnley - Richmond South was ages 25 to 29, which accounted for 17.0% of the total persons.
