Key findings

In 2016, the dominant household type in Caulfield South was Couple families with dependents, which accounted for 35.2% of all households.

The largest increase between 2016 and 2021 is forecast to be in Lone person households, which will increase by 93 households and account for 25.2% of all households.

In contrast Group households is forecast to increase by 2 households, to comprise 4.0% of all households in 2021, compared to 4.2% in 2016.
