Key findings

In 2021, the dominant household type in Reservoir (Cheddar) was Lone person households, which accounted for 30.8% of all households.

The largest increase between 2021 and 2031 is forecast to be in Couple families with dependents, which will increase by 343 households and account for 25.7% of all households.

In contrast Group households is forecast to decrease by 13 households, to comprise 4.8% of all households in 2031, compared to 5.7% in 2021.
